Apply Sathi is a comprehensive job application tracking platform that helps job seekers organize, track, and manage their job applications efficiently. Our platform provides tools to search for jobs, track application statuses, set reminders, and analyze your job search progress.

Apply Sathi works in three simple steps:

  1. Search & Discover: Use our job search feature to find relevant opportunities
  2. Track & Organize: Add applications to your tracker with detailed information
  3. Monitor & Follow-up: Set reminders, update statuses, and track your progress

Our Chrome extension also helps you save jobs directly from job boards while browsing.

Apply Sathi offers both free and premium plans:

  • Free Plan: Track up to 25 applications, basic job search, and core features
  • Premium Plan: Unlimited applications, advanced analytics, priority support, and exclusive features

You can upgrade to premium anytime from your membership page.

Apply Sathi supports all modern browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended for extension)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Our Chrome extension is currently available only for Google Chrome.

Creating an account is simple:

  1. Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
  4. Complete your profile setup

You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Reset Password page
  2. Choose "Reset via Email" if you're not logged in
  3. Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Link"
  4. Check your email for the reset link
  5. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password

If you're already logged in, you can change your password directly from the same page.

To update your email address:

  1. Go to Email Settings
  2. Click "Change Email Address"
  3. Enter your new email and current password
  4. Click "Update Email"
  5. Verify your new email address by clicking the verification link

Note: You'll need to log in with your new email after verification.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Account Details
  2. Click the "Delete Account" button
  3. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  4. Click "Delete Account" to permanently remove your data

Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your applications and data will be permanently deleted.

Email verification is important for:

  • Security: Ensures you own the email address
  • Recovery: Allows password reset and account recovery
  • Notifications: Enables us to send you important updates
  • Communication: Ensures you receive application reminders

You can resend the verification email from your account settings if needed.

Our job search feature allows you to:

  • Search by keywords, job title, or company name
  • Filter by location, salary range, and experience level
  • Set up job alerts for specific criteria
  • Save interesting jobs to apply later

Yes! You can save your search criteria and get notified when new matching jobs are posted. Premium users can save unlimited searches, while free users can save up to 3 searches.

Apply Sathi helps you track applications, but you'll apply directly on the company's website or job board. When you find a job you like:

  1. Click "Apply" to go to the original job posting
  2. Submit your application on their website
  3. Return to Apply Sathi and add it to your tracker
  4. Set reminders and track the application status

Our Chrome extension allows you to:

  • Save jobs directly from LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
  • Automatically extract job details
  • Add applications to your tracker without leaving the job site
  • Set quick reminders and notes

To update an application status:

  1. Go to your Job Tracker
  2. Find the application you want to update
  3. Click on the status dropdown
  4. Select the new status (Interview Scheduled, Rejected, Offer, etc.)
  5. Add any relevant notes or interview details

Yes! You can export your application data in multiple formats:

  • CSV: For spreadsheet analysis
  • PDF: For sharing or printing
  • JSON: For importing into other tools

The export feature is available in your Job Tracker dashboard.

We offer two membership tiers:

  • Free: 25 applications, basic features, community support
  • Premium ($9.99/month): Unlimited applications, advanced analytics, priority support, export features, and more

To upgrade to Premium:

  1. Go to your Membership page
  2. Click "Upgrade to Premium"
  3. Choose your billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  4. Enter your payment information
  5. Confirm your upgrade

Your premium features will be activated immediately after payment.

Yes, you can cancel anytime:

  1. Go to your Membership page
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

You'll retain premium features until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
